At Meri Natural Global, we take pride in the quality of our wellness products. Because our products (teas and capsules) are consumable health goods, we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards to protect our community.

1. Cancellation Policy

We offer a window for cancellations before your order enters our fulfillment process.

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the package has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.

2. Returns & Eligibility

To ensure the integrity of our wellness products, we adhere to a strict return policy:

  • Unopened Items Only: We do not accept returns if the product packaging, safety seal, or outer box has been opened or tampered with. Due to the nature of ingestible goods, we cannot restock items once they have been in a customer's possession and opened.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any product where the heat-sealed bag or bottle seal has been broken.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Subscription refills already in transit.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned (unopened) package, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

6. Shipping & Delivery Issues

While we partner with reliable cargo and shipping companies, Meri Natural Global is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Claims of Non-Receipt: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, this is a matter between the recipient and the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

  • Customer Responsibility: In these instances, you must contact the shipping company directly to file a claim or inquiry. We will provide any necessary documentation (such as proof of shipment) to assist you in your claim.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

8. Missing Items in Order

We take great care in packing your wellness products, but if you find an item is missing from your shipment:

  • Report Window: You must report any missing items within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Verification: To process a claim for a missing item, please email us with your order number and a clear photo of the shipping box, the packing slip, and the items you did receive.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will ship the missing item to you at no additional cost or provide a pro-rated refund for that specific item.

9. International Shipping: Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Meri Natural Global ships worldwide; however, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs clearance fees once a shipment reaches your country.

  • Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these at checkout, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

  • Obligation to Receive: By placing an order, the customer is legally obliged to complete the customs process and accept the delivery.

  • Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs duties, failed to provide necessary documentation to the cargo company, or was unavailable for delivery:

    • No Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds for products returned to us due to customs refusal or non-collection.

    • Incurred Costs: Any return shipping fees or storage penalties billed to Meri Natural Global by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.
